What allergens are contained in your products?
All of our products are processed in a facility that handles dairy, peanuts, wheat, egg, soy and tree nuts. We follow strict guidelines to avoid cross-contamination and we separate everything by hand to ensure quality and safety. As our products are made on shared equipment, we cannot guarantee 100% that any specific product is free from any specific allergen.

Please store all chocolates in a cool and dry place away from heat, moisture, humidity and direct sunlight for optimal enjoyment.
For peak freshness, please enjoy:
- Unopened chocolate bars within 6-9 months of purchase, and;
- Traditional chocolates and chocolate truffle bonbons within 3-4 months of purchase.

Do I need to add ice packs to my order?
We offer a No Melt Guarantee. During periods of hot weather, our system will automatically determine the need to add ice packs to your order, so you can rest assured your chocolates will always arrive in optimum condition.
Can I ship internationally?
Absolutely, we ship internationally, the price will be reflected in your shopping cart online during the checkout process. Please note, Compartés is not responsible or accountable for any international customs fees, duties, clearance, tariffs, import taxes or any other fees assessed by any local office. Compartés is also not responsible for any delays due to customs.
How do I track my package?
When you place an order on our website, you will receive an email the day that your package ships out from our chocolate factory; this email will contain the tracking number for the package.
Do packages require a signature?
Unless specifically requested via phone for an additional charge, all of our packages do not require a signature.
